Sabah joined ARQ Homes in 2011. She is Abdul’s niece who he recruited due to her administration experience. Her primary role is ensuring all monies are paid correctly and on time to Landlords. Over the last 9 years she has reported a 97%-99% payments on time rate. No doubt this is unheard off in lettings which in recent years has become notorious in being associated with rental arrears. Amidst the Covid Sabah actively liaised between landlords and tenants to set up payment solutions in difficult times. She proudly can say every tenant is paying their rent and with 5-star ratings for her account’s division.
