Abdul has been in the property industry for over 18 years. Accredited by both National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). He is ‘Our Man’ responsible for studying the most recent legislation and for the up keep of our exemplary accreditations. He is the complete professional when it comes to selling homes and is very passionate about correcting the negative reputation surrounding estate agents, through his own work ethics. In 2013, Abdul was chosen from all the estate agents in Newham, by the National Landlords Association, to represent the agent view, in a panel debate on local housing. He epitomises the traditional ‘community estate agent’ because he believes no one can provide a better service than a local, who lives in the area. Abdul fulfilled a dream in 2011 by taking over the premises of a previous estate agency, from whom his father purchased their family home 35 years previously!
